The First Week Reset provides personalized postpartum and newborn support across three four-hour visits. Instead of trying to absorb everything during one appointment, we have time to adjust as your recovery, feeding, baby, and household needs evolve.

Some visits may concentrate primarily on feeding or newborn care. Others emphasize recovery support, problem-solving, establishing routines, educating your partner, or simply making things feel more manageable.

A Nurtured Homecoming is designed for families who want professional guidance and reassurance without committing to ongoing postpartum care. We’ll begin with a prenatal planning session so I can get to know you, your support system, your feeding intentions, your recovery concerns, and what you hope the transition home will look like.

After baby arrives, I’ll return for a four-hour in-home Nurture visit centered around the needs of you and your baby that day.

• One 60–90 minute prenatal planning session

• One 4-hour postpartum Nurture visit

• Feeding and newborn-care guidance

• Postpartum recovery support

• Home and support-system planning

• Partner/caregiver education as needed
